Is John Mayer, 37, ready to let go of his “Bad Blood” with former flame, Taylor Swift, 25? We hope so, because now that he and Katy Perry, 30, have called it quits after a two month reconciliation, T-Swizzle is allegedly attempting to revive her relationship with John. Jeez — this love triangle just can’t seem to go away!
Taylor Swift Contacted John Mayer After Katy Perry Split
But, don’t worry, Swifties — Taylor isn’t trying to have a romantic reunion with John! The “Blank Space” singer apparently just wants to work with him in the studio.
“She’s reached out to him to do a duet,” reports on Taylor trying to reconnect with John following his split from rival Katy.
It’s actually a fairly odd request; we wonder if Mr. Mayer has been able to shake off any scarring he had from Taylor’s candid lyrics about their breakup in her song “Dear John”?
Furthermore, it seems like John’s just the latest on Taylor’s truce tour, since the star has made peacewith her other former rivals, Kanye West and Diplo. We even hear she wants to make up with Katy!
Maybe someone is following through with a solid New Year’s Resolution?!
Katy Perry & John Split Again — Break Up Due To Trust Issues?
While we watch Taylor end her famous feuds, we won’t expect Katy and John to put their rocky history behind them anytime soon.
Katy and John broke up after experiencing the very same issues that plagued their relationship in the past.
“The reason they have split in the past is because Katy gets busy. John can’t handle the lack on attention, and she can’t handle the trust issues she has when she’s so far away,”.
Now, that these two are apart again, will Katy care if John collaborates with Taylor?
